Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 2026

Solomigo only works if the person on the other side of a plan is real, honest and actually turns up. These are the seven things we expect from everyone. Break them and you will lose reach, features, or your account.

1. Be who you say you are

Real name, recent photos of your own face, honest age. Complete your selfie verification. No stock images, no group shots as your only photo, no pretending to be someone else. If your profile makes people guess, it is doing the opposite of its job.

2. Show up

Only request to join plans you intend to attend, and only host plans you intend to run. If something changes, say so in the chat as early as you can. Attendance is confirmed after every plan, and repeat no-shows lose visibility fast.

3. This is not a dating app

Solomigo exists for plans, not romance. Do not use it to pursue people romantically or sexually, do not send unsolicited flirtation, and do not treat someone joining your plan as consent to anything. Sexual content, nudity and hookup-seeking are removed on sight.

4. Respect the boundaries hosts set

Age ranges, gender preferences and women-only plans exist so that people feel safe enough to participate at all. Do not attempt to work around them, and do not pressure a host to make an exception for you.

5. Keep it free of business

No advertising, no recruiting, no promotion, no paid tours dressed up as plans, no MLM, no crypto pitches, and never ask another member for money, loans or investment. Cost splits must reflect genuine shared expenses.

6. Treat people well, in chat and in person

No harassment, threats, hate speech, slurs, or discrimination on any basis. No sharing someone's photos, contact details, location or private messages without their consent. Assume the person you are talking to is nervous about meeting a stranger, because they probably are.

7. Put safety first

Meet in public the first time. Tell a friend where you are going — the in-plan safety panel will send them your plan details. Arrange your own transport. Do not bring weapons or illegal drugs. If a plan feels wrong, leave, and then report it.

What happens when someone breaks these rules

We use graduated consequences rather than one blunt punishment, so honest mistakes are recoverable and repeat offenders quietly lose reach:

  • A warning for a first, low-severity issue.
  • Feature limits — for example losing the ability to host, or to send join requests, for a period.
  • Reduced visibility — your profile and plans stop surfacing to other members.
  • Suspension or permanent removal for harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, fraud, impersonation, being under 18, or anything that puts a member at risk.

You will see the reason in the app, and you can appeal through Contact us. Serious safety violations are acted on immediately and without warning.

How to report someone

You can report a profile, a plan, a message or a group chat from the menu on each of those screens, and choose a reason such as spam, feels unsafe, misleading, offensive or harassment. Blocking removes that person from your map, requests and chats straight away. For anything urgent, email safety@solomigo.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
