Not a dating app

Plans and people, not swiping for romance.

Not an endless feed

A live map of things you can actually go to.

Not a group-chat graveyard

Every chat is attached to a real plan with a real date.

Not anonymous strangers

Selfie-verified, moderated, rated profiles.

How it works

Four taps from bored to booked

No feeds to scroll, no cold DMs, no group chat that never becomes a plan. Just what is happening near you, and a way in.

  1. 01

    Open the map

See what is live around you right now — sorted by what is happening soon, not what is loudest. Filter by category, vibe, distance or women-only.

  2. 02

Ask to join, or host your own

Tap a plan and send a request, or create one in minutes: set the vibe, capacity, meetup time, age range and who it is for.

  3. 03

    Get accepted into the squad

Hosts see your profile and hosting history before they say yes. Once you are in, the plan gets its own group chat.

  4. 04

    Actually meet up

Lock in, check in on the day, and use the safety panel if you need it. Afterwards, rate the plan and vouch for the people you met.

Any plan can be women-only

Hosts can restrict a plan to women. It is then shown exclusively to women on the map — filtered out entirely for everyone else, not just hidden behind a request that gets declined.

Know who you are meeting

Prompts, interests, languages, bucket list and a real rating.

Explore what is happening near you

Open the map, scan what is live around you, and jump into travel, social, activity or utility plans — sorted by what is happening soon, not what is loudest.

Host with intention

Create a plan in minutes: set the vibe, capacity, meetup time, and who it is for. Your profile and hosting history give people the context they need before they say yes.

Profiles that feel human

Photos, prompts, travel bucket lists, languages and interests — plus a selfie booth so members who show their face can see yours. Less guessing, more grounded energy.

Stay in the loop after you connect

Requests, group chats and private threads keep coordination tight — from “interested” all the way to “we actually met up”.

Trust is part of the product

Verification, moderation, reporting and trust levels are woven in from day one — so discovery stays intentional and the community can scale without turning chaotic.

Reputation you actually earn

After every plan, members confirm they showed up and rate each other. Ratings and vouches travel with your profile, so reliable people rise.

Why we built it

Most apps optimise for scrolling.
We optimise for leaving the house.

Solomigo optimises for one outcome: you leave the house with the right people, for the right plan, with enough signal to feel good about it.

That is why there is no infinite feed, no likes to collect and no inbox full of people who were never going anywhere. There is a map of real plans with real times, and profiles with enough context that saying yes is easy.

Go somewhere worth remembering.

“Split cabs, share meals, save money.”

Adventure is better together — and cheaper.

A rooftop meetup at dusk where a new member is being welcomed

Real plans. Real people.

The best conversations start with someone actually turning up

Attendance is confirmed after every plan, and squad members rate each other. Show up, be decent, and your profile carries it forward.

Selfie-verified

Private. Never on your profile.

Safety & trust

Trust is not a settings screen.
It is how the product works.

Verification, moderation, reporting and trust levels are woven in from day one — so discovery stays intentional and the community can scale without turning chaotic.

Private selfie verification

Every member completes a live front-camera selfie check during onboarding. It confirms the account matches the person behind it, and it is never shown on your public profile.

Human review before you are visible

New profiles and plans pass moderation review before they appear on the map. Nothing goes live just because someone tapped submit.

Women-only plans

Hosts can restrict a plan to women only. These plans are filtered out of everyone else's map entirely — not just hidden behind a warning.

Age and audience controls

18+ is enforced at signup with date-of-birth checks. Hosts additionally set an age range and gender preference for each plan.

In-plan safety panel and SOS

During an active plan you can check in, reach emergency services in one tap, and send your live plan details to a friend over SMS.

Report and block, on everything

Profiles, plans, messages and group chats can each be reported with a reason. Blocking removes someone from your map, requests and chats immediately.

Who it is for

Built for the person who would rather go

You do not need a friend group on the app already. That is the whole point.

🎒

The solo traveler

You booked the ticket alone and you would still rather watch the sunset with someone. Find hosts and travellers already in the city you land in.

📍

The new-in-town local

You moved for work and your calendar is empty after 7pm. Join what is already happening this week instead of waiting for an invite.

🧗

The one with an idea

You want to do the trek, the pottery class, the 5am run. Host it, set the vibe, and let the right four people find you.

💸

The practical one

Airport cab at 4am, a co-working desk, a flatmate. Utility plans split the cost with someone verified going the same way.

From the first squads

People who stopped waiting for someone to invite them

Landed in Goa solo on a Tuesday. By Wednesday I was on a scooter trail with four people I met on the map. That never happens on a feed.
AR

Ananya R.

Solo traveller, Bengaluru

I hosted a 6am run expecting nobody. Three people showed up. We have run every weekend since.
KM

Kabir M.

Host, Mumbai

The women-only filter is the reason I actually signed up. It is not a toggle buried in settings, it is how the map works.
MS

Meera S.

Split a 4am airport cab with someone verified going to the same terminal. Saved ₹700 and got a friend out of it.
RT

Rohit T.

Frequent flyer, Delhi

I moved cities for work and my weekends were dead. Three plans in and I have a proper trekking group. No small talk required, we just went.
DN

Devika N.

What sold me was seeing the host had run eleven plans with a 4.9. That is context you never get from a DM request.
AP

Arjun P.

Weekend traveller, Chennai

Sunday brunch with six strangers turned into the group chat I actually check. Two of them are coming to Sri Lanka with me in March.
IB

Ishita B.

Found a co-working desk partner two streets away. Mundane, honestly — but it worked on the first try, which is the point.

Questions

Everything you are probably wondering

Is Solomigo a dating app?

No. Solomigo is built for real-world plans — travel, meetups, activities and shared logistics. Profiles use prompts about how you travel and what energy you bring, not romantic intent, and the product is designed around groups meeting up rather than one-to-one matching.

Is it free?

Yes. Discovering plans on the map, joining plans and hosting are free, with fair usage limits on how many plans you can run and how many requests you can send each day. An optional membership removes those limits, and hosts can boost a plan for extra visibility.

How do you keep it safe?

Every member completes a private selfie verification, and profiles and plans are reviewed before they go live. You can report or block from anywhere in the app, hosts control the age range and gender audience for each plan, women-only plans are fully filtered, and an in-plan safety panel gives you one-tap emergency dialling plus the ability to share your plan with a friend.

Do I have to host to use it?

Not at all. Most people start by joining. When you are ready, hosting takes a couple of minutes and you stay in control of who gets accepted.

What are women-only plans?

A host can mark a plan as women only. Those plans are shown exclusively to women on the map and in search, and requests from anyone else are not possible.

Which cities is Solomigo in?

Solomigo is location-native rather than city-gated, so the map works anywhere. Community density is strongest in Indian metros at launch, and the radius automatically widens when there is less happening nearby.

What happens after a plan finishes?

You will be asked whether you actually went, and you can rate the experience and leave a rating or vouch for each person in the squad. That reputation stays with the profile so reliable members become easy to spot.

How old do I have to be?

18 or older. Date of birth is checked at signup and accounts that misrepresent age are removed.
